Responsibilities

  • Own scheduling logistics across all teams and time zones, ensuring interviews are confirmed accurately and both candidates and interviewers have all necessary details
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling, proactively flag conflicts, and communicate updates clearly and promptly
  • Leverage Ashby for scheduling, tracking, and analytics, automating workflows where possible to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent candidate experience
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to keep the hiring team informed and identify opportunities to optimize the recruiting process
  • Drive recruiting enablement, including maintaining documentation, helping with trainings, and fielding ad hoc requests
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling or process challenges and resolve them before they become blockers
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives, taking ownership and driving them to completion with minimal supervision
