As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, proactively managing their accounts, and driving adoption of the Insider platform. You will conduct regular check-in calls, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing client success strategies, creating educational materials, and advocating for client needs within the company.
