Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, upselling and cross-selling, preferably in B2B SaaS, and 1+ year of experience working with self-sourced or passive leads. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Facilities sales.
As an Account Executive - Install Base, you will build strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue, stimulate growth, and maximize client lifetime value by growing customer accounts through new product sales and expansion of existing product and services engagements, developing new pipeline opportunities within named accounts, consulting clients on their internal processes, owning contract negotiations and sales, and working with Customer Success partners to ensure adoption, retention, and expansion of named accounts while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
