  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, performance marketing, and digital media
  • Proficient in English and Bulgarian language
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with a passion for social media & performance advertising
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and AdTech tools, with measurable results in performance marketing
  • Experience with creative content production or short-form video (plus)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft & Google Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and the creativity to develop impactful advertising solutions
  • Track record of success in a similar role with hands-on experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for top clients, ensuring flawless campaign management, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Provide actionable insights on campaign performance, offering recommendations to maximize ROI and achieve business goals
  • Lead education initiatives for clients and agencies on product solutions, company updates, and advertising best practices
  • Manage key account relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive collaborative decisions across stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to implement creative, data-driven ad solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign schedules, assets, performance, and financial reports while ensuring service excellence
