Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, or market research. A Master's degree is a plus. Prior experience with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions in analytics, including POS/Panel data, is preferred. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides, and excellent written and spoken English are required. Digital savviness, ability to learn new tools quickly, proficiency with NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra), and experience with Discover are necessary. The ability to coach others in data analysis and working with NIQ tools is also essential.
The Client Manager will deliver analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers using NIQ data and tools to help clients make informed business decisions. Responsibilities include mastering NIQ tools and metrics to solve client business questions, collaborating with CS Consultants to enhance customer experience, responding to business questions during briefing sessions, and developing analytical outlines that leverage multiple NIQ solutions. The role involves simplifying and visualizing data, translating numbers into compelling stories with actionable recommendations, and driving customer satisfaction through relevant insights. Additionally, the Client Manager will identify revenue leads, partner with AD to convert them into opportunities, execute strongly based on the service model, remove roadblocks, lead by example, guide and coach junior members, champion initiatives, and lead thought leadership projects.
