The Opportunity - GTM Insights & Analytics Manager (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical GTM Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we define, measure and optimize performance metrics across Sales, Marketing and Client Operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into actionable insights, building dashboards and driving cross-functional alignment. You’ll be a force behind our GTM data strategy - ensuring data integrity, uncovering growth opportunities and empowering teams with the tools and insights they need to make smart, data driven decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and standardize core GTM performance metrics, establishing a ”data dictionary” of key filters, metrics, and terms for Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations data.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across our systems and act as a champion for data governance within GTM teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify key drivers of revenue growth, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Identify trends and outliers to provide actionable insights that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into GTM funnel, campaign performance, and customer health KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and support new initiatives, including GTM target setting (Sales and Marketing), hiring goals, and help improve forecasting models to increase predictive accuracy.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure relevant GTM data (from Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, etc.) is captured and modeled correctly.
