Experience in managing VIP/Corporate clients and handling complex client issues

Responsibilities

Retaining a Book of Existing Clients: Manage a portfolio of clients, handling day-to-day administration, including annual renewals and performing market reviews where required
Relationship Management of VIP/Corporate Clients: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most valued clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met
Overseeing Development/Induction of New Joiners: Guide and support new team members, ensuring they receive proper training and induction into the team and company processes
Dealing with Complex Queries & Assisting with Complaints: Manage complex client queries and assist in resolving complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained
Cascading Product Updates: Communicate product updates from insurers to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned on the latest offerings and changes in the market
Assisting with Internal Projects & Process Changes: Contribute to the successful delivery of internal projects and help with the implementation of new processes to improve team efficiency
Acturis Support: Provide support and guidance on Acturis-related queries and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of systems
