Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas, extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment, exceptional leadership and people management skills, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred) is required.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Vice President (RVP), you will lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Central Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives, provide leadership and guidance to your team, foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability, oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region, monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offer insights and recommendations for improvement, ensure compliance with company policies and standards, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Central Region.
