The base salary range is $150,000 - $175,000, and the position is commission eligible.
The position is fully remote.
Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership experience delivering against team quotas, extensive experience in the 50 to 5,000 life segment, exceptional leadership and people management skills, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
