The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software and/or service delivery, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments, overseeing both operational and technical delivery. Excellent communication skills with executive and operating level stakeholders, strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration abilities, and robust program/project management skills, including familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies, are essential.
The Client Delivery Director will orchestrate the end-to-end technical and operational delivery of the BetterUp platform to clients, ensuring business needs are met and deliverables are scoped effectively. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery needs, and designing governance mechanisms to monitor and report on delivery efficacy. Responsibilities also include managing communications and change management across stakeholder groups, leading post-sale planning and execution with cross-functional teams, and quarterbacking risk and escalation management to ensure timely resolution.
