As the Senior Director of Product of Vanta’s Platform teams, you will define and deliver the platform for all of Vanta’s products, encompassing identity, permissions, enterprise security, billing, collaboration, and self-serve experiences. You will drive major company-wide initiatives requiring deep partnerships across the organization, collaborating with engineering and design to scale with the growing customer base. You’ll also contribute to defining Vanta’s product team culture and processes, while supporting the growth of your team’s Product Managers.

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience in product management related roles in a high-growth and complex environment.
  • 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, growing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience and passion for scaling B2B SaaS platforms that have grown their customer base from SMB to Enterprise.
  • A strong track record of setting product vision and business strategy for complex product areas and platforms tied to company-level goals and metrics.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop PMs, helping them translate high-level strategy into actionable team roadmaps.
  • Embrace a constantly evolving landscape and company, while driving impact across your team and the broader organization.
  • Passion for building high-quality products with speed, and drive that culture across the organization.
  • Deep knowledge of data and relevant business metrics of retention and growth.
  • Experience working on security products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to define and deliver Vanta’s platform capabilities and experience to scale and meet the needs of our largest enterprise customers.
  • Define and deliver Vanta’s strategy to increase time to value, activation, and retention in partnership with Vanta’s go-to-market teams.
  • Be the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for a number of key business metrics, including: Activation, customer journey success, and GRR/NRR.
  • Scale and performance of Vanta for our largest customers.
  • Enterprise security and admin experiences across identity, billing, and more.
  • Collaboration experiences that span all Vanta products, such as notifications, tasks, comments, etc.
