Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Product will lead and grow a team of Product Managers to define and deliver Vanta’s platform capabilities. They will define the strategy to increase time to value, activation, and retention in collaboration with go-to-market teams. The role includes being the DRI for key business metrics such as activation and customer journey success, while ensuring scalability and performance for Vanta's largest customers. Additionally, the director will focus on enterprise security and admin experiences and drive collaboration across all Vanta products.
