The Client Analyst II is responsible for ongoing service delivery to support client requirements, serving as first-level system support, and performing audits and file reviews for data accuracy. They will manage daily file processing, research and analyze participant cases, execute client-specific reporting, support ACA processing, and perform system configuration and testing for projects and annual enrollment. Additionally, they will review release documentation, execute processes as outlined in the Admin Guide, provide timely responses to client inquiries, and handle billing tasks including invoice generation, payment posting, and receivables reconciliation.
