The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of Workday configuration experience, proficiency with Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused company. They should possess a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, be highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and process improvement. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required, along with experience developing and implementing business and system process improvements and setting standards. Preferred qualifications include Workday Pro Certification, Agile or Scrum certification, a passion for People/HR technology, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Google Suite.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will provide technical support for Workday Modules, including researching and resolving system problems, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions. They will collaborate with system stakeholders to streamline processes, advise on new functionality, and promote user adoption. Responsibilities include participating in the review, testing, and implementation of feature releases, documenting processes and results following SOX compliance change management, and maintaining data integrity through audits and analysis. The analyst will also engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions, acting as a system consultant to process and program owners.
