Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in a senior leadership role such as Chief of Staff, Director or VP of Strategy, or Director or VP of Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A proven track record of driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes at scale, a strong background in project management, process optimization, and results-driven execution are essential. The role requires experience partnering closely with senior leadership teams, the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights, and comfort thriving in ambiguous environments. A deep understanding of financial metrics, business analytics, operational KPIs, and familiarity with scaling businesses internationally are also required. An exceptional command of written and verbal communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff to the COO will serve as a strategic advisor and force multiplier, providing data-driven insights and orchestrating executive engagements to maximize effectiveness. This role involves spearheading critical, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion by aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and enforcing project governance. The Chief of Staff will partner with the COO to manage the operating rhythm of the organization, facilitating leadership meetings, tracking OKRs, and managing internal communications. Additionally, they will own and execute high-priority special projects, tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations to leadership.
