Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, management, and execution of strategies and tactical programs for Ensure and specialty products to ensure sustainable and profitable growth and long-term brand equity
  • Play a key role in defining brand direction, optimizing results, and achieving business objectives
  • Manage all aspects of the brand (strategic planning, innovation, pricing, forecasting, budget management, etc.)
  • Lead a cross-functional team and mentor two direct reports (Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager) for career advancement
  • Develop customer-focused strategies using in-depth consumer insights for profitable growth
  • Design/adapt brand strategies and innovations for the Canadian market
  • Lead annual brand planning process, including market analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Design national marketing campaigns for new and existing products in collaboration with digital content teams
  • Manage brand P&L and budgets in collaboration with Finance, and lead forecast adjustments (analyzing results, identifying risks, and planning mitigation)
