Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in a sales environment related to solutions or technology
  • Strong presentation and phone contact skills
  • Experience and solid understanding of quotes, invoicing, and purchasing
  • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken

  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Follow up and manage qualified leads by phone and email within established timelines
  • Work in a team environment to grow the company in collaboration
  • Conduct individual screen sharing presentations as needed
  • Work on price negotiations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Work with sales development representatives to coordinate meetings and optimize the schedule
  • Effectively guide prospects through a defined sales process
  • Track prospect progress to closure in Salesforce.com
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
