Job Title: Channel Solution Architect - Eastern Europe

Position Overview

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Technical Expert to join its mission to stop breaches by working with Channel Partners across Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will be based near Warsaw, Poland, and possess strong experience in architecting and enabling security solutions with Solution Providers, Managed Service Partners, and Resell Partners. This role is crucial in transforming how partners deliver cybersecurity to their customers by leveraging CrowdStrike’s AI-Native Security Platform. You will collaborate with Alliance Managers to shape how regional partners build and deliver next-generation security services using CrowdStrike's technology.

Responsibilities

• Architect and Design: Design security solutions with channel partners, utilizing CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform capabilities.
• Drive Adoption: Lead platform adoption strategies, assisting partners in building comprehensive security offerings.
• Technical Strategy: Drive technical strategy and growth with assigned Solution Providers, MSPs, and Resell Partners.
• Go-to-Market Support: Develop and execute technical plans to support go-to-market initiatives in Eastern Europe.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner technical and sales leadership teams.
• Integration Guidance: Guide partners in embedding the Falcon Platform within their service portfolios.
• Solution Development: Design technical solutions that integrate CrowdStrike into partners’ existing security offerings.
• Training and Enablement: Create and deliver technical training programs to enable partners to demo, deploy, and support CrowdStrike solutions.
• Technical Self-Sufficiency: Lead partners towards achieving technical self-sufficiency and certification requirements.
• POC/POV Support: Support Proof of Concept (POC) / Proof of Value (POV) methodologies and provide competitive positioning guidance.
• Event Participation: Participate in partner events, conferences, and technical planning sessions.
• Program Drive: Drive technical partner programs, including Falcon Champions.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and develop opportunities for partner-led professional services.
• Communication Bridge: Act as a liaison between partners and CrowdStrike technical teams.
• Resource Oversight: Oversee the proper usage of partner resources and demo environments.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Technical Consulting or Solution Architecture with Channel Partners.
• Strong background in endpoint security, cloud security, and zero-trust architectures.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR solutions and security operations.
• Technical expertise in endpoint protection, identity management, and data protection.
• Experience with API integration and basic scripting capabilities.
• Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain technical relationships at all levels.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel regularly within Eastern Europe and occasionally internationally.
