Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience architecting and delivering Microsoft 365 identity and security solutions. Required experience includes Microsoft Identity tools like Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Microsoft Entra External ID, Microsoft Entra Provisioning, Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and Conditional Access Policies. Expertise in the Defender Suite (Endpoint, Vulnerability Management, Servers, Cloud, Cloud Apps, Office, XDR, Identity), Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Security and Compliance Center, Data Loss Prevention, Compliance Manager, Customer Key, Data Lifecycle Management, Insider Risk Management, Information Barriers), and Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity concepts is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based solutions focused on identity, access management, and security. This includes engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, assessing application portfolios, and designing scalable, efficient, and cost-effective strategies leveraging cloud services. Responsibilities also involve developing client-facing collateral such as architectural drawings and implementation guides, leading technical teams, ensuring solutions meet security and compliance standards, and implementing cost-effective strategies. The role requires staying current with emerging technologies, leading engagement teams, mentoring consultants, and participating in the sales process by leading technical whiteboards and presenting to executives. Additionally, the architect will review technical documentation, identify new engagement opportunities, and coordinate implementation and migration projects.
