Requirements

The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience working with Channel Partners in India and a proven track record of building revenue-generating partnerships with reseller partners. Demonstrated experience in building partnerships from scratch, knowledge of security or other infrastructure SaaS products, and a history of achieving revenue and growth targets are required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, and the candidate must be located in and authorized to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

The Channel Manager will manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners in India, including building and maintaining relationships with key personnel. Responsibilities include fielding inbound partner interest, generating pipeline and strategies for new customer acquisition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, webinars, and events. The role involves designing and executing Go-To-Market plans with partners to meet targets, incorporating ISV partners into the strategy, and assisting partners with product positioning, sales strategy, and deal closing. Additionally, the manager will handle deal registration conflicts, ensure partner compliance with programs and agreements, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partner executive teams.
