About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Global Channel Account Management, this role primarily focuses on building pipeline and channel revenue with existing channel partners. A significant emphasis will also be placed on sourcing and developing strategic new channel relationships. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and possesses a strong network within the channel ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment & Management: Manage the day-to-day recruitment and relationship management of channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners, with a primary focus on the Central United States.
  • Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Keeper and assigned channel partners.
  • Relationship Building: Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with current and prospective channel partners, establishing productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel (support, service, management) to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Sales Execution: Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Target Achievement: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned partner accounts.
  • Conflict Management: Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams.
  • Program Compliance: Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
  • Partner Planning: Participate in partner planning processes to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Identify partner Go-to-Market (GTM) and/or services offerings, collaborating with partner sales and marketing resources to develop and launch offerings that drive incremental joint revenue.
  • Technology Vendor Relationships: Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
  • CRM Management: Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel-generated leads.
  • Channel Marketing: Plan and execute channel marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with the strategic partner group.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in security SaaS channel sales.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
