Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of security SaaS channel sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partners. They should have a good understanding of partner incentive programs and PRM tools, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and relationship management of channel partners, including value-added resellers, distributors, and systems integrators, primarily in the Central United States. This role involves acting as a liaison between Keeper and partners, building and maintaining relationships, establishing productive connections with key sales personnel, coordinating Keeper resources to meet partner objectives, and ensuring partner compliance. The position requires managing direct/channel conflict, identifying partner GTM offerings, participating in partner planning, executing channel marketing activities, and potentially traveling to customer meetings and operating a vehicle on behalf of the company.
