Requirements

The Senior Director of Resellers should have a proven track record of executing reseller strategies and driving revenue growth within a partner ecosystem. Experience leading a team of sales professionals, including Reseller Development Executives and Partner Relationship Managers, is essential. Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams are required, along with the ability to develop and refine pricing strategies and co-selling opportunities. Familiarity with developing and implementing structured enablement programs and defining reseller compensation models is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Resellers will execute a scalable reseller growth strategy to achieve revenue and market expansion goals, identifying new reseller opportunities and developing engagement models for new market reach. They will establish joint go-to-market strategies, manage reseller-led revenue performance, and improve deal execution and co-sales processes. Responsibilities include launching reseller-specific demand generation campaigns, implementing structured enablement programs, and defining reseller compensation models. The role also involves developing executive-level relationships with reseller leadership, acting as the primary liaison between Experian Employer Services and reseller organizations, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to enhance reseller offerings and contracts. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead and optimize the performance of their team through strategic direction, coaching, and establishing performance indicators.
