Responsibilities

The Celebrations Concierge will provide virtual consultations, offering personalized tours and shopping experiences of Minted products and services. They will act as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador, influencing customer perception and building relationships. Responsibilities include hosting consultations, upselling and cross-selling, answering product-related questions, and assisting with orders. Concierges will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, document customer interactions in the CRM, and use support tools to ensure customer satisfaction. They will identify opportunities for customer experience improvement, support revenue growth through sales strategies, and attain quality and productivity KPIs.
