The Customer Success Manager must have experience managing and nurturing client partnerships, building relationships at all organizational levels, and identifying key contacts in administration, IT, clinical, and financial departments, including C-suite executives. A strong understanding of PointClickCare's products and services, industry knowledge, and trends is necessary to drive customer engagement and provide strategic guidance. The role requires the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and conduct business reviews. This is a 15-month contract position that can be performed remotely, with an expectation of 25-50% travel to PointClickCare and client locations within Canada.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing and providing world-class partnerships to clients, ensuring they optimize the use and value of PointClickCare’s solutions. This includes building, growing, and expanding client relationships, speaking to all market segments and lines of business, and making recommendations that impact the business holistically. The manager will leverage product and industry knowledge to communicate the company vision and meet customer goals. They will develop and execute strategic account plans, identify organizational goals, and guide clients to achieve successful and valuable outcomes. Additionally, they will conduct business reviews with key contacts and decision-makers to drive further adoption and increase the value of PointClickCare solutions.

PointClickCare provides cloud-based software solutions specifically designed for the senior care sector, including skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and home health agencies. Its main product, Harmony, is an integrated care coordination platform that helps manage patient transitions from hospitals to post-acute care facilities. Harmony allows healthcare providers to exchange clinical data, which improves care coordination and patient outcomes by offering real-time insights and analytics.
