Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of client success experience, a background in dental, DSO, healthcare, digital therapeutics, or digital healthcare, start-up experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. They should also possess adeptness at managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally, a proven track record of exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction, strong customer data analysis skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for clinical team onboarding, training, and support, engaging dental clinical teams to drive VideaAI product adoption through a consultative approach, owning the client relationship and partnering with sales and implementation teams, developing and deepening client relationships, ensuring client delight, acting as a client consultant by analyzing client product usage and identifying trends, sharing opportunities for greater enrollment and engagement, providing top-level service to the client base, and traveling to customer sites up to 40% of the time.
