VideaHealth is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional VideaHealth client experience, focusing on driving product adoption and client happiness. You’ll be a key member of the Customer Success team, supporting our mission to diagnose a billion people globally.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of client success experience.
  • Industry Background: Dental, DSO, healthcare industry, digital therapeutics, or digital healthcare background.
  • Startup Environment: Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Adept at managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Performance Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong customer data analysis skills, including the ability to identify trends and insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical team onboarding, training, and support.
  • Drive VideaAI product adoption through a consultative approach, focusing on practice workflow integration.
  • Own the client relationship, partnering with sales and implementation teams.
  • Take over management for ongoing client happiness and drive client advocacy.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with clients to successfully achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze client use of the product and identify opportunities for greater enrollment and engagement.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to share opportunities and success metrics.
  • Act as a client advocate and be the voice of the client internally.
  • Develop strategic client strategies to support retention and client growth (cross-selling or up-selling).
  • Travel to customer sites – up to 40%.
