The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for clinical team onboarding, training, and support, engaging dental clinical teams to drive VideaAI product adoption through a consultative approach, owning the client relationship and partnering with sales and implementation teams, developing and deepening client relationships, ensuring client delight, acting as a client consultant by analyzing client product usage and identifying trends, sharing opportunities for greater enrollment and engagement, providing top-level service to the client base, and traveling to customer sites up to 40% of the time.
