Responsibilities

The Client Success Associate will manage a portfolio of Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) through a pooled support inbox, identifying and proposing solutions to improve team efficiency. Responsibilities include standardizing CS team playbooks and documentation, utilizing Salesforce for client issue resolution, and coordinating client activities such as reporting requests and marketing deliverables. The role also involves diagnosing client needs, facilitating problem resolution, following escalation protocols, and partnering with various internal teams to enhance client service and iterate on processes.
