Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, including experience as a CIO, vCIO, or Senior IT Consultant. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISM preferred. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for presenting complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Candidates must be willing to travel to client sites up to two times per week and be capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

The consultant will identify and mitigate IT-related risks, manage relationships with IT vendors, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. They will assist clients in managing their IT budgets and work closely with internal IT teams or outsourced IT functions to ensure seamless technology operations. Regular engagement with clients to review IT performance and discuss future technology needs is also a key responsibility.
