Requirements

Candidates should possess IT-related knowledge and experience in evaluating IT controls within self-developed teams, along with knowledge of development processes. Experience in financial payment industries and financial payment laws is preferred. SQL experience for data aggregation and analysis is desirable. Understanding of microservice architectures and experience analyzing system risks related to security is also beneficial. English reading and writing skills are required, and fluent Japanese skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

The IT Controller will conduct checks on budgets and external outsourcing contracts from an IT control and security perspective, including managing and reporting to other departments. They will respond to incident reports, including monitoring and investigating the recovery process after incidents, and creating knowledge-sharing mechanisms. The role involves supporting internal and external audits, managing budgets for development teams and outsourced companies, and providing general project management support.
