Job Description / 業務について
This team is responsible for IT governance-related tasks within the product teams. Specifically, you will be involved in checking budgets, external vendor contracts, and other operations from an IT governance and security perspective, managing these aspects including reporting to other departments, and handling regular internal and external audits.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Internal control/IT control related reporting, maintenance of various documents, and control checks.
- Incident response operations: Monitoring and investigating recovery from detection to completion of system failures, reporting, and establishing knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
- Various internal and external audit response tasks (e.g., creating reports and conducting investigations as requested by the department).
- Budget management: Operational management of budgets for software and various tools assigned to development teams, and reporting to other departments.
- Confirmation and management of contracts with external vendors assigned to development teams.
- General support for other project management tasks.
Required Experience/Skills:
- IT-related knowledge and experience to evaluate IT governance for in-house development teams.
- Knowledge and understanding of development processes.
- Ability to identify issues based on IT control evaluations and to plan, build, and promote technical countermeasures.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
- English skills (reading and writing).
- Japanese skills (fluent level).
Desired Experience/Skills:
- Knowledge of fund settlement services and the Fund Settlement Act.
- Experience in aggregation and analysis using SQL.
- Experience with audit response in the financial industry.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in analyzing system risks such as security risks.

- Attendance/remote work will be determined based on the rules of the affiliated organization and work instructions.
Working Hours: Super Flexible Work System (No Core Time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
Holidays:
- Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days.
Leave:
- Annual Paid Leave: 14 days for the first year, prorated based on the month of entry. Usable from the month of entry.
- Personal Leave: 5 days granted annually (3 or 5 days granted for the first year depending on the entry month). This is a unique PayPay special paid leave system that can be used for personal or family illnesses/injuries, accompanying family/pets to medical appointments, etc.
Salary:
- Annual salary system (includes a portion of fixed overtime pay).
- Determined based on company regulations according to experience, skills, performance, and contributions.
- Reviewed annually.
- Special lump-sum payments (incentives) may be provided based on company performance and individual contributions (once a year).
- Overtime work allowance, late-night work allowance available.
- Salary payment can be partially received via PayPay account (supports digital salary payments).
