Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for people leaders needing assistance navigating J&J’s self-service processes and systems to manage their teams
  • Provide general administrative support to the business
  • Open new requisitions and support Talent Acquisition in ad hoc projects as needed
  • Support onboarding activities and deliver new hire orientation
  • Process promotions, salary changes, reporting changes, terminations or other employee changes on behalf of the manager
  • Act as the key point of contact for time and attendance related topics for employees
  • Assign role or team specific training, or remove incorrectly assigned training
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, BUHR, and Managers to provide an excellent employee experience and encourage positive company morale
  • Escalate issues with manager tasks to the appropriate internal resource and ensure resolution
  • Proactively identify gaps in existing processes and take initiative to implement agreed changes
  • Enable compliance and participate with audits
  • Work on projects where independent action and initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
