Responsibilities

Team up with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies
Source, assess, and close high-caliber candidates across business functions at AngelList Venture
Demonstrate a high level of success through partnering well with hiring managers
Build a solid pipeline of candidates
Achieve appropriate interview-to-offer ratio
Meet regularly with hiring managers to fine-tune search strategies
Update progress of pipeline in Lever ATS
Partner with recruiting team to implement creative sourcing and recruiting methods
Be willing to do whatever it takes at a moment’s notice to capitalize on an opportunity
