Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead key initiatives on new product—diving into problems, building execution plans, and delivering results
  • Partner with teams across the org (Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, Ops, Legal, etc.) to get stuff done
  • Design and improve key business processes and systems
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build internal tools that drive efficiency and scalability
  • Support tech prioritization and resourcing decisions with key inputs on what we need to scale new product lines
  • Conduct high-quality analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to support decision-making
  • Help shape internal operating cadence, tracking KPIs and ensuring accountability
