Responsibilities

The Business Operations Manager will manage strategic and operational functions across finance, product, marketing, and implementation. Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, tracking feature development, managing the intake process for new features, maintaining cross-functional task management, facilitating team stand-ups, organizing the company's filing system, coordinating RFPs and bids, identifying and scaling best practices for sales operations, managing the implementation of new companies, supporting enterprise-wide coordination, managing expense reports and investor relations, processing invoices, overseeing transactions and insurance policies, handling travel and registration logistics for events, overseeing enterprise webinar logistics, maintaining marketing materials, and following up on employer interest form submissions.
