Responsibilities

The Product Operations Manager will synthesize actionable insights by analyzing feedback to understand the member experience and identify opportunities. They will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to connect insights to the product roadmap and influence priorities. Responsibilities include championing the product roadmap planning process, creating clear views of decisions, timelines, and results, and leading the development of centralized product knowledge resources. The role also involves developing training for new product capabilities, equipping client-facing teams with product information, and driving content strategy for organizational ceremonies.
