Track and apply customer payments daily, ensuring no delays or errors in revenue reporting
Maintain and reconcile deferred revenue ledgers based on service delivery timelines
Prepare monthly AR and aging reports with clear notes on overdue accounts and expected payment timelines
Communicate directly with clients regarding accounts receivable matters
