Requirements

Candidates must have experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Field sales experience is mandatory, along with an extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at the C-level. Strong strategic thinking, analytical and financial planning skills are necessary, as is a proven track record for leading strategic planning and organizational change. A strong operational mindset, competitive spirit, optimistic attitude, strong work ethic, humility, and excellent communication and listening skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Manager will support the Vice President of AMS Commercial Sales in orchestrating and executing short and long-term priorities, focusing on leading the operational and strategic execution of the overall business plan. This includes developing, communicating, and executing plans to grow business, collaborating with cross-functional partners on go-to-market strategy, and coordinating out-year planning to ensure organizational scalability. The role also involves incubating emerging strategic programs, aligning with sales leaders on best practices for forecasting and sales execution, and partnering with HR to drive talent development and recruiting practices.
