Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategy advancement, preferably in a lead or senior role. Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL, and modern data platforms like Snowflake or DataBricks is required. Additionally, 2+ years of project leadership experience, advanced experience with large, complex datasets, and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams are necessary. An advanced degree in a quantitative field and experience with data mining, forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling are preferred.
The Business Intelligence Lead will lead strategic BI initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering tools and analyses to support organizational priorities.
