Requirements

  • Strong understanding of and experience working with Rights Holders and Brand Partnerships in Sports, particularly the business of sport and its role for brands
  • Proven record of shaping and delivering fan engagement strategies and experiences
  • Ability to take an empathetic view of fans' motivations and needs across different sports and types of fandoms
  • Insight-driven approach, comfortable working with fan data and translating insights into action
  • Multi-channel experience supporting fan engagement across fragmented media landscapes
  • Strength in direct-to-fan engagement, including relationship management and monetisation of fandom
  • Experience developing and implementing CRM strategies, leveraging first-party data to enhance fan experiences and drive business results
  • Natural collaborator, able to work with integrated internal and client teams, large stakeholder groups, and manage partnership relationships
  • Proven record of partnering with client leads as a trusted ally to deliver business results and grow agency-client relationships
  • Ability to support growth in sports through lead generation, pitches, proposals, and market presence

Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role on the biggest fan engagement account and a new partnership account, both in motorsport
  • Shape and deliver fan engagement strategies and experiences
  • Work with fan data to generate insights and translate them into client actions
  • Support fan engagement across multi-channel media landscapes, with focus on direct-to-fan engagement, CRM strategies, and monetisation
  • Collaborate with integrated internal teams and client stakeholders, managing partnership relationships
  • Partner with client leads to deliver business results and grow agency-client relationships
  • Contribute to continued growth in sports through lead generation, pitches, proposals, and market presence
