Requirements

Responsibilities

The Government Relations Manager will monitor and analyze regulatory developments impacting Propelus’s business and industry, particularly in areas like professional licensure and healthcare workforce development, and develop advocacy strategies to promote favorable policy outcomes. They will build and maintain relationships with state professional associations, coalitions, and key stakeholders, lead grassroots initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business priorities. The role involves preparing policy briefs, position papers, and legislative summaries, as well as representing Propelus in industry groups and forums, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
