Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and other channels
  • Lead and support discovery calls and product demos with prospects
  • Manage CRM data hygiene, contact updates, and lead tracking
  • Run outbound email campaigns and support marketing initiatives
  • Support sales-led events and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with sales reps and leadership to drive results with quarterly KPIs
  • Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and market trends
  • Support administrative tasks and continuously look for ways to improve team efficiency
