Business Development Representative (BDR) - DACH Team

Position Overview

360Learning is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-potential opportunities within 360Learning's top priority accounts. You will act as the owner of these accounts, creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives by qualifying inbound and outbound leads. You will utilize cutting-edge Sales Development Techniques and tools to engage prospects, playing a crucial role in building a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads within your assigned territory.
  • Pitch the 360Learning product to interested prospects.
  • Identify customer pain points, understand their context, and demonstrate how 360Learning can provide solutions.
  • Evangelize collaborative learning within the market and present the 360Learning value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams.
  • Contribute to improving lead quality and generating innovative lead generation ideas.
  • Research trends and best practices for creating prospect interest and engagement.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge with the organization.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new team members.

Onboarding and Development Milestones

Within 1 month:

  • Complete onboarding and begin core BDR role.
  • Master pitch and qualification methodology.
  • Start qualifying leads and create first opportunities for Account Executives (AEs).

Within 3 months:

  • Fully master the tool stack and ramp up performance.
  • Act as a partner to the Account Executives.
  • Qualify first Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) opportunities.
  • Master prioritization of inbound and outbound leads pipeline and forecasting.
  • Polish qualification methods to an advanced level.
  • Master tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn's Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.

Within 6 months:

  • Be fully ramped on inbound and outbound methodologies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly Sales Qualified Leads quotas.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings.
  • Research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement.

Within 12 months:

  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge.
  • Be involved in the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales.
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German proficiency.
  • Fluent English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
