Candidates should have first experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales, and preferred but not mandatory experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong. Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and adaptability are required, along with native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency.
The Business Development Representative will generate opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts by qualifying inbound and outbound leads, pitching the product to interested prospects, detecting customer pain points, understanding their context, and presenting the 360Learning value proposition. They will also evangelize collaborative learning in the market, research trends and best practices, collaborate with their coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales, and contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform.
