Requirements

  • Experience cultivating qualified leads from outbound prospecting to successfully setting up meetings and passing to Sales
  • Experience coordinating high-level conversations between prospects and Sales Directors
  • Experience crafting engaging messaging outreach across multiple channels (email, social, calling, texting)
  • Ability to handle objections effectively without getting discouraged
  • Familiarity with the Security and/or Threat Intelligence space, or eagerness to learn it quickly
  • Strong performance and cultural contributions in previous roles
  • Comfort working with a wide range of software tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in BDR tech stack

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Set meetings with potential customers
  • Work closely with the Sales team to drive qualified pipeline
  • Conduct outbound prospecting across multiple channels
  • Research potential leads and target accounts in assigned territory or industry
  • Master and deliver the sales pitch and prospecting method
  • Align outbound strategy and activities with Sales counterparts
  • Articulate Flashpoint’s value proposition and handle in-depth conversations with prospects
