Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong technical curiosity, the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive attitude and strong work ethic. An interest in developer tools, databases, or open source is desirable, along with experience in a technical bootcamp, side projects, or a previous BDR role.
The Business Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel activity for the Commercial and Enterprise teams, partner with Account Executives to run qualification and technical discovery, reach out to developer-first startups and identify decision-makers, and help customers understand how Supabase fits into their existing architecture. They will also grow their technical and commercial skills through mentorship and real-world experience, and contribute to shaping customer technical architecture.
