Requirements

Responsibilities

The Growth & BD role involves identifying, researching, and engaging potential strategic partners, including research institutions, infrastructure platforms, developers, and tech communities. This position will support senior BD team members in structuring and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations. Responsibilities include contributing to the creation of scalable processes and resources such as decks, proposals, and documentation to enhance partner outreach effectiveness. The role also entails helping to organize and participate in events, webinars, and community activities to boost Gradient Network's presence and awareness, and working closely with Product and Marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with strategic business objectives.
