The Business Development Representative will prospect and research target accounts, focusing on general contractors in the construction industry. They will conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video, engaging prospects in discovery conversations to uncover needs and alignment with the company's ideal customer profile. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities using frameworks like BANT, booking discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, and building/maintaining relationships with key contacts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, using RevOps tools to execute prospecting sequences, collaborating with Account Executives on strategy, and sharing insights with the broader sales team to improve messaging and go-to-market strategy.
