  • At least one year of professional experience in a top-of-funnel B2B sales role or 2+ years in a B2C environment (some experience using Salesforce or another CRM strongly preferred)
  • Creative, strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence (EQ)

  • Unflappable determination in the face of adversity (you will hear more nos than yesses)

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth within a territory of prospective partner schools
  • Exercising discretion in how to research, identify, and engage high-potential prospects
  • Conducting discovery calls, qualifying leads, and determining readiness for demos
  • Creating and executing tailored outreach strategies across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
  • Partnering with marketing to develop and deploy custom communications and campaigns
  • Analyzing performance data to identify patterns and recommend improvements to outreach tactics
  • Executing on a wide range of strategic projects that help grow GiveCampus and refine our go-to-market approach
  • Contributing to a team culture focused on results, continuous learning, and innovation
