As a Business Development Representative, the primary responsibility is to drive Rilla's growth by evangelizing the benefits of conversation intelligence to prospective customers, traveling to conferences to close deals and book demos for Account Executives. The role involves hunting for leads, building personalized lead lists, executing outbound campaigns through cold outreach on LinkedIn, calling, and email, maintaining a high-volume outbound pace to generate meetings for the sales team, and actively participating in ongoing training sessions.
Speech analytics for outside sales teams

Its main product is a virtual ridealong tool that records, transcribes, and summarizes sales conversations, providing insights that help sales managers coach their representatives more effectively.
