Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and close new business (all lead sources provided)
  • Execute high-volume outreach daily across phone, email, and text, including 100+ cold calls each day to small business owners
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline, with tight follow-up loops and task discipline
  • Iterate on messaging based on real-time feedback and conversations to improve results
  • Collaborate with teammates and share customer insights that inform sales strategy, product development, and onboarding
  • Maintain post-sale touchpoints when needed and ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team
  • Drive a fast-moving sales process, typically closing new accounts within one week of first contact
