Requirements

Candidates should have experience with customer onboarding, project coordination, training, or platform support, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with POS systems and/or cannabis retail operations, including inventory, compliance, and METRC, is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Implementation Manager, you will serve as the primary project coordinator for onboarding dispensaries post-sale, leading and managing implementation calls, data migration tasks, platform setup and training, and ensuring a smooth transition to go-live and long-term success. You will work cross-functionally with Support, Product, Sales, and Account Management to maintain clear client expectations, improve internal onboarding documentation, and track implementation performance, identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be a voice of the customer during early adoption, ensuring product fit and user confidence, and identifying opportunities to enhance the onboarding process.
