SweedPos, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform, is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in building a scalable, proactive Implementation function and will be part of the early foundation of our evolving Customer Success organization. You will help define what great onboarding looks like and directly impact the customer experience from day one.

You will serve as the project owner during the pre-launch phase, guiding customers through their setup journey to ensure a smooth, confident transition into go-live and long-term success.
