Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven record of driving pipeline generation and building successful BDR teams. Strong abilities in building trust across Go-To-Market teams, influencing without authority, and deep experience with outbound prospecting strategies, account-based selling, and enablement are essential. An operational mindset with the ability to use data for performance diagnosis and improvement, and proven coaching skills through call reviews, dashboards, and weekly execution plans are also required.

Responsibilities

The BDR Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline and meeting goals, refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing to increase engagement and conversion, and build strong partnerships with Sales, FMM, ABM, and CX teams for account alignment and messaging consistency. They will partner with AEs and AE Leaders to drive clear expectations and accountability, manage and coach a team of 6-10 BDRs through regular 1:1s and call coaching, and leverage tools like Outreach, Orum, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Demandbase to maximize team productivity. Additionally, they will establish a culture of coaching, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement, and develop individualized growth plans to support BDR career paths.
