Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major irrelevant, environmental engineering or chemical engineering background preferred, Master's degree or above preferred
  • More than 5 years of engineering service sales experience or customized solution sales experience, or more than 5 years of semiconductor-related factory water treatment system operation and maintenance experience or engineering company process debugging experience
  • Familiarity with semiconductor or display panel industry customers' wastewater treatment systems and recycled water treatment systems processes or operations and maintenance preferred
  • Proactive and positive work attitude, strong self-drive, good execution ability to ensure implementation of sales strategies and plans
  • Strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, able to flexibly adjust and proactively acquire external resources as needed to achieve goals
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong interest in developing customers and expanding markets

Responsibilities

  • Based on the company's sales strategy, formulate customer expansion plans and achieve annual sales targets
  • Follow the established business expansion plan, conduct customer visits, organize technical exchanges, acquire customer needs and business opportunities
  • According to customer needs and acquired business opportunities, coordinate company resources, complete customer solution formulation, and lead the advancement of business opportunities until project contract signing
  • Follow the established business expansion plan, organize industry or regional customer exchange meetings to promote company products and technologies
  • After business contract signing and handover to implementation, assist in customer communication and supervise project implementation until contract expiration
