Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major irrelevant, environmental engineering or chemical engineering background preferred, Master's degree or above preferred
More than 5 years of engineering service sales experience or customized solution sales experience, or more than 5 years of semiconductor-related factory water treatment system operation and maintenance experience or engineering company process debugging experience
Familiarity with semiconductor or display panel industry customers' wastewater treatment systems and recycled water treatment systems processes or operations and maintenance preferred
Proactive and positive work attitude, strong self-drive, good execution ability to ensure implementation of sales strategies and plans
Strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, able to flexibly adjust and proactively acquire external resources as needed to achieve goals
Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong interest in developing customers and expanding markets
Responsibilities
Based on the company's sales strategy, formulate customer expansion plans and achieve annual sales targets
Follow the established business expansion plan, conduct customer visits, organize technical exchanges, acquire customer needs and business opportunities
According to customer needs and acquired business opportunities, coordinate company resources, complete customer solution formulation, and lead the advancement of business opportunities until project contract signing
Follow the established business expansion plan, organize industry or regional customer exchange meetings to promote company products and technologies
After business contract signing and handover to implementation, assist in customer communication and supervise project implementation until contract expiration
