Strong experience in outbound calling and engagement, strategic lead generation and qualification, prospect conversion and client acquisition, talent acquisition acumen, and B2B sales expertise are required. Familiarity with cross-border recruitment, including the challenges and best practices in international talent acquisition, is also necessary. Superior English communication skills and proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, are essential.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for exceptional outbound calling and engagement, strategic lead generation and qualification, prospect conversion and client acquisition, talent acquisition, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, communicating with individuals through the overseas to foreign country hiring process, utilizing CRM software, active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation. They will also contribute to revenue growth, build rapport with prospects, articulate value propositions, and guide individuals through visa applications, ultimately supporting ConnectOS's mission to streamline international talent acquisition.
