ConnectOS is seeking a skilled Business Development professional with extensive experience in overseas recruitment and the Australian immigration process. The role involves strategic lead generation, client acquisition, and talent sourcing for Australian companies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end Business Development experience.
  • Experience in Overseas recruitment and AU Immigration process.
  • Solid background in cold calling.
  • Superior English Communication skills (verbal and written).
  • CRM Proficiency (Specify preferred CRM if applicable, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Active Listening & Adaptability.
  • Problem-Solving & Negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional Outbound Calling & Engagement: Confidently initiate and navigate high-volume outbound calls, engaging effectively with a diverse range of prospects.
  • Strategic Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads, demonstrating a keen understanding of target markets and client needs.
  • Prospect Conversion & Client Acquisition: Successfully convert qualified leads into tangible business opportunities and new clients through persuasive communication and follow-up.
  • Talent Acquisition Acumen: Understand the recruitment lifecycle and demonstrate experience in sourcing and identifying top talent, particularly for international placements.
  • B2B Sales Expertise: Navigate complex B2B sales cycles, understand client pain points, and effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Cross-Border Recruitment Familiarity: Communicate with and guide individuals through the process of being hired from overseas to work in a foreign country, including familiarity with common challenges and best practices in international talent acquisition.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Adopt a proactive, resilient, and persistent approach to sales, consistently striving to exceed targets and contribute to revenue growth.
