Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience working for gaming brands, publishers, or marketing agencies serving the gaming industry, along with direct relationships with decision-makers at major gaming companies and/or gaming-focused marketing agencies. A deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including publishers, developers, platforms, and player communities is required, as is a track record of closing B2B partnerships or technology implementations with gaming brands. Responsibilities

The Business Developer will develop and execute partnership strategies targeting gaming/entertainment brands, build relationships with marketing agencies specializing in gaming and esports to integrate XBorg into their service offerings, and work with gaming brands to design custom implementations that enhance their existing player ecosystems. They will also represent XBorg at industry events, agency meetings, and brand summits, and communicate fluently about gaming trends, player demographics, and industry dynamics.
